Aveda Be Curly Line
« on: March 25, 2007, 11:33:57 AM »
0 Stars  I DO NOT RECOMMEND the Aveda Be Curly line for textured hair.  Maybe the 2's and 3a/b's will have more success.

Shampoo - stripped my hair
Conditioner - had no slip and it did not leave it feeling moisturized or conditioned
Curl Enhancer - followed the instructions to use generous amounts.  Left my hair feeling sticky, dry and overall icky.

I brought this and the curl lotion and the smell is good awful, I am glad that they have a return product policy.  It dried my hair hard and tangled it, I am gaged at the smell.  I thought it would be great to try them but this was a bust.

I give it 1 star because it does make your more curly but it strips your hair!!!  The conditioner is not that great I would not recommend it to anyone.

I give the conditioner 3 stars.  Not the best, but not the worst.  I bought it, so I am just waiting to get to the end.

I put it on, let it sit on my hair for a while, then rinsed out.  But I also followed with OneC, so I am not sure if the end result was really more due to the OneC.
