Okay I tried to find that gel here and didn't have any luck  :'( .  I found another with similar ingredients, but has a hydrolyzed silk protein, jojoba oil and aloe vera. I guess I will just have to give it a try.  It was only a buck, so I might as well give it a try.

Which one was that?  You know they have like a hundred different varieties of it.  I think I may try a couple of the different ones and see how they are.
Keeping it simple.

gabby, that sounds like a lot of gel.  Does it dry completely? How long does it take to dry?

TIA.

I probably use about the same amount as Gabby, a few qarter size amounts just raked through, applied over the leave-in.

And can I say, as per Gabby by way of Jazzi, I added a little SSF to the rotation...um, I owe you something major :posy:

I was a little ballsy to try it the night of the opening, but I though, what the hec.

LOVE IT.  SOft, super touchable hair with great curls.  That was Thursday.  And can I tell you that a few days later, I had THE softest hair I have ever had in my life!

@ GabbyC & Kinkerbelle & Jazzi: Are you using it on wet/damp hair, or waiting for the hair to dry first? Also, do you just put it on immediately over the leave in, or let the leave in have a little time to absorb first? TIA

ETA: I'm beginning to see where my crunch issues w/this product might be stemming from. I've been a little more heavy handed than a few quarter sizes amounts. . .

Jeamaria  Personally, I use it on wet hair.  I put it in right after my leave in.  If I wait my hair starts drying then it's going to get ugly so I have to do it while my hair is wet.

What leave in do you use before trying the gel?  I may try that this weekend.  For those of you that have seen my hair, do you think that using three quarter size amounts would be enough for my entire head?  I may need some more.  And do you just rake it in, use a brush or comb to distribute, or what?

I use a homemade leave in spritz w this (all recipes in album).  You've got alot of hair so I'd say about 2 or 3 silver dollar amounts ;)

Leave-in under Eco for me:
Infusium or Elixir + SSF (the best results so far)

Yeah, you might need another quarter or two...I think your hair is even thicker than mine.

I just rake it through with my fingers after the leave-in.  In the past, I had brushed it through with my denman, but that gives me a more "styled" look and my "natural curls" are erupted and become something "created".  Now, I just rake it through or scrunch it in from bottom to top in sections.

Bubbles,   I use a leave in spritz recipe which is basically PM The Conditioner, SSF & water.  The exact ratios are in my album.  Your hair is gorgeous!   It looks alot thicker and longer than mine so I agree with Jazzi, you may need more.
