Jamaican Mango and Lime Locking Firm Wax (Resistant Formula)

I picked this up in the beauty supply store mainly because the smell is OFF THE HOOK and I wanted something a little thicker to do twists with.

Well, ya'll know I don't do twists so I don't know WHY THE HELL I even tried to fool myself. LOL. But I have been using it as a moisturizer and I LOVE it. Again, the smell is off the hook, it has a consistency like grease, but if you use a little bit, it gives you GREAT sheen and keeps the hair moisturized. When it's combined with the Jamaican Mango and Lime Leave-In (still a staple when I can remember to buy it), the results are great.

I give it 4.5 stars, mainly because it does have a tendency to build up, but I think that's because I used SO MUCH on the first day I had it.

I haven't tried the Wax but I use the locking gel to do twists and that ish is the bomb!!  The smell is also off the hook....and the leave in is also a favorite of mine.

Haven't tried the firm wax (and I probably wont because my hair hates greese-type products). BUT I must say Jamaican Mango and Lime as a brand is pretty good. Even though Im upset about them for changing the formula on the Leave in Moisturizer, I recently found the Shine a Loc and I'm in love.

This stuff is the best oil "sealer" spritz for shine. Its light and smells delicious ($6 bucks!) The ingredients:
Castor Oil,  Kiwi Oil, Shea Butter Extracts, Coconut Oil, Citrus Oil, Palm Seed Oil, Almond Oil, Soybean Oil, Essence of Mango, Essence of Lime.
