When you first look at it, the consistency looks very very thick so I thought my 2 oz sample would probably give me 2-3 uses.  I washed my hair, then dug in to start applying this.  Well, the consistency actually turned out to be really light - like MBC consistency, so I went ahead and applied the whole 2 oz to my hair.  At first I thought it was strange, as the paste literally disappeared into my hair and felt like it was doing nothing.  Then I ran a comb through my hair.  The comb glided right through with no tangles whatsoever.  So I combed out my hair (took all of 2 minutes) and covered with a plastic cap.  It still felt like there was nothing on my hair but water.  IMO, Dt's usually feel very coating - even after they are rinsed out.

I rinsed this out after about 20 minutes and it rinsed out so clean.  There was no feeling of coating at all, but my hair was so soft.  Probably the softest I've ever felt it in my life.    And it stayed that way after it dried.  It's as if the paste moisturized my hair from the inside.  Does that make sense?  I sunk right into my hair and really hydrated it vs. coated it to make it feel soft.  Even my crown area, which is never ever soft or controlled is so soft and behaved.  I don't know if I can go back to Lustrasilk after this  :-[
Keeping it simple.
