For those who shampoo?

What are you using? What leaves your hair soft and clean but not stripped? Also, please mention your hair type. Thanks. :)

My hair is OS Cottony, Silky, ranging from wavy to very curly.

I use Aubrey Organics Island Naturals Replenishing shampoo, Curls Cleansing Cream (becoming my favorite, not really a poo but a cleanser), Abba Moisture Sensation Shampoo (has sulfates but not SLS, will probably use once every 3 weeks going forward) and occassionally PM Special Tea Tree Shampoo (SLS, will only use when needed).  I DT after shampooing with sulfate shampoos always.

I use Aveda Damage Remedy Restructuring Shampoo once every 10-14 days or so.  Leaves my hair feeling super soft and very easy to manage.

(Little bit of everything by way of texture)

My hair is predominantly 4a and I use Creme of Nature Ultra-Moisturizing (the green bottle). To clarify I just use Suave Clarifying mixed with a dab (I do mean dab) of castor oil.

Creme of Nature and DevaCurl Low Poo.  My hair type looks more 3B but I think it handles more 3B/C or 3C...if that's what you mean.  It's dryish, porous, fine and colored on the ends.  S and I in the LOIS system.

For a gentle cleaning, I use Oyin's Honey Wash, Burt's Bees Baby Bee Shampoo Bar, or J.R. Leggitt's Shampoo Bar.

For a more thorough cleansing, I use Aveda Sap Moss conditioner.

For real clarifying, I use Avalon Organics Rosemary Shampoo.

I am a 4a type, OS cottony.
Curls Tester

LOIS System - OS thick/med silky/spongy (or cottony).  Definitely frizzy, curly, and fuzzy :)

I use Nexxus Therappe and Herbal Essence Hello Hydration.  I have not tried the Aveda but have heard great things about this product line.

Yes, it is described on the label as "low sudsing."  And that's true.  Are you looking for something that suds or something that doesn't suds?  Or maybe you're not looking for anything...just making conversation?  LOL

hahaha. i think i want it to suds because washing my hair with a no suds poo would be weird, i could conditioner wash if i wanted that but high sudsing poo's dry my hair out something fierce so i guess i'm just looking for ideas. :D
