Not really.  It looked fine yesterday, but my hair got messed up and I decided to try to "revive" it this morning without cowashing.  I dampened my hair in the shower, and scrunched in a little SheaMoisture and some Fantasia Olive Styling Gel.  This is my usual routine, but it's done on freshly cowashed hair that is soaking wet.  Let's just say that this method didn't work out too well on barely damp hair.

No worries, though, because my order of shampoo bar samples from Chagrin Valley arrived today!  Now I have an excuse to go home and wash my hair.

Cute hair ladies. I just took my twists down, washed and conditioned with Trader Joes and now I'm doing a Deep Condition with Lustrasilk Shea Butter Cholesterol. I'm undecided on more twists or just wearing it out. Either or hopefully it'll be a good hair day.

Lovely hair and hair album!!!  Where did you purchase your shealoe from?? I heard it works wonders on natural hair!! I would love to try it!!

Thanks so much Monishiah!  I make the shealoe.  I purchase unrefined shea butter, coconut oil, and aloe vera gel all from Whole foods and mix.  I use all of the sheabutter, 1/4 of the coconut oil and about 1/3 cup of aloe vera gel.

I been waiting for a good hair day all week!  Here is mine.  I co washed with Pantene Hydrating Curls, used Garnier Curl and Shine Leave-In and got a great hair day...I'm sooo happy!!

Hope you get to feeling better.  A couple of weeks ago, I wore was sporting the throw away kid look while I had the flu....and mine wasn't combed either, so, I feel ya.  Stop looking at yourself.

I am sorry to hear you are sick but no matter how sick you could NEVER have hair like Amy Winehouse - your's is healthy, her hair reflects her heavy drug problem and lack of a healthy lifestyle

i had a good hair day. i shingled last night and i got great definition today. i wish i could get the same results without so much product and time. i want to wash and go but i guess my hair is still too short.
