^^^"Here" meaning my city?  If so I think I know who you're talking about. ;D (Okay I know I should probably just PM you instead of derailing the thread... ::) )

As I approach my 3rd year in Nov as a natural, I think I am almost satisfied with my hair. The growth has been crazy and I honestly can't attribute it to one particular thing. I'm enjoying experimenting with ayurvedic products and changing up hairstyles. I am still a PJ and to a cetain extent I know I always will be because I just love to shop period! Instead of just clothes, shoes, jewelry, and purses now I can add hair products. LOL!

In three months I've gone from content to what the hell is going on.  Being 48 years old brings a brand new phase to my natural hair journey; perimenopause.  Hormones ain't no joke yall!

Im going into my 2nd year and Im learning what works for my hair. My hair love over the counter stuff. I have tried everything from Miss Jessie, to Carols Daughter, to Oyin and my hair laughs at that stuff. I am going to try Uncle Funkys Daughter in a month when I go visit my boyfriend in TX. But over all it has been a great 1 1/2 and Im looking forward to seeing the changes that I may have in the years to come.
