Finally found a Regimen that works for my hair!

I have fairly thick, Type 3b curls that are naturally dry. Here is a list of my favorite products: Curls Cleansing Cream, Curls Asian Hair Tea Coditioner, Curls Pomegranate Seed Oil Blend, Curls Quenched Moisturizer, Curls Milkshake, Curls Euphoria Elixir, and Curls Goddess Glaze.  And, so far I am having really great results with these products working for my hairtype and texture.

I wear my hair down 5 days a week, and put it up in a bun on weekends.  I only wash my hair once a week, and deep treat it 1-2 times a month.  I live in Louisiana where it stays hot and humid here pretty much all year round, so that is always an issue for me when it comes to my hair. I have streamlined the amount of products that I use daily to style my hair down to 2. I don't use the same combo of products every day, because on certain days my hair has different needs. The only product that I use no matter what in my hair is the new Curls Milkshake.  Now, if is going to be a rainy day, I will add the Goddess Glaze over the Milkshake, for extra hold and frizz protection, while I am wearing my hair down. But, if its just going to be sunny all day, then I only add a little bit of the Euphoria Elixir, on top of the Milkshake for added shine.  On the weekends(Saturday & Sunday), I spray my hair until it is damp with the Quenched Curls Moisturizer, add some Milkshake to my hair, and then brush it back into a bun. And then Monday(sometimes Tuesday) is my regularly scheduled day for me to wash my hair.

I am so glad to have finally found a regimen that works for my hair!

I can't wait till I get to that point... I'm close though, there is one more set of products I want to try and then I will decide. I can't keep spending all this money.

I don't know how this works (trading stuff) but I have some curls products that I can't stand. Let me know if anyone wants some Curly Q moist curls or the curly custard. They are both  more than half full. The custard smells awesome but both products are just awful in viva's hair.

Congrats Syb!!  I know finding a regimen is hard (we've cried together!), and I know LA weather can be a mess at this time of year.

The moist curls made it feel gritty and very hard to finger comb through her hair. It gave great curl definition, but made her hair almost impossible to work with. Lots of hair came off into my fingers.

The Custard type product made her hair feel very coated, and not in a good way, and left a film.

How's that for a ringing edorsement!

Thanks Bubbles and Petrina for such warm wishes! As we all personally know that finding products that work for our hair is very challenging and definitely takes a lot of trial-and-error!
