Freeman Sea Kelp Ultra Smoothing conditioner
« on: August 15, 2008, 12:49:48 PM »
On a whim I decided to stop at Rite Aid and see what they have and boy did I hit the jackpot I finally found Freeman hair products! They had the Sea kelp Ultra Moisturizing($3.99) but its key ingredients are only sea kelp & guava fruit extract so I got the Ultra Smoothing($3.99) which contains aloe vera juice, sea kelp, & macadamia oil; it is also CG friendly (doesn't contain mineral/petroleum or any cones). It has the consistency of Kenra MC---very thick and balmy. I slapped it on dry hair to do a co-rinse when I went to detangle in the shower my hair felt like butta and detangling was so easy because my hair was uber soft. After the hair dried I think that it even help a little with shrinkage and the few curls I can now see were popping out and the hair was shiny and fluffy. Definetly 4 1/2 star worthy since it can be used as a cowash and deep conditioner (taking off 1/2 a star because I wish they sold it by the liter!  :'()

Ooooh, you've got me excited blackhoney! Thanks for sharing. I'm going to see if I can find this at my local Rite Aid, wish me luck!!

ETA: I'm also going to check my local Ulta, they have loads of Freeman facial stuff. I just never thought to look for their hair products...to be honest, I didn't know that had hair products.

LOL  Someone is a PJ like me, though I'm in a 12 step program right now. Can't seem to get off step 1 though.   I'm not even going to mention my adventures in the BSS today! I'm going to pick this up tomorrow. I rode past 3 Rite Aids today and forgot that I needed to shop in there! UGH!

ETA:  I'm so sorry! I just read that I wasn't supposed to comment in here without a star vote. My apologies! Won't happen again!
