We have added ShadowBox, a new way to view pictures! You can click on attachments or linked photos and view them in a slideshow fashion. Click here to test it out!

When you post pics, make sure they end in .jpg or .gif The ShadowBox won't work if it ends in a variable. I hope you like it!

We also have a shop soon. We now have a rewards system based on how much you post. New topics are worth 10 happycurls bucks, replies work 5 happycurls bucks. You will be able to redeem these points for some fun things pretty soon!

A few more changes, guests will not be able to view your signatures or posted links. If they want to see them, they will be prompted to register.

There is also a new video board. You can post links to your favorite youtube hair videos and AEVAC will automatically show it for you! You can post videos in any section of the board but please restrict the video board for hair videos only.

We also have personal blogs and galleries located at the top menu bar. The galleries can hold different types of media for you, not just pictures. As of now, newbies are not allowed to have galleries or blogs, just to make sure we aren't hit by spammers.

I know some of you expressed wanting to write articles but it was kind of hard to get in touch with me, email issues, I believe. Well, I have made it possible for you to submit articles through TinyPortal in your profile and I will review them for approval. That makes it much simpler!

You will also see a link next to the reply button where you can bookmark your favorite threads.  You will find the link to your bookmarks in the Member Area. 

We also have neat icons at the top of the posts that you can use to submit the topic to Digg, Furl, and other websites. If you have any questions, comments, concerns, you can post them here to let me know!

To explain the blogs and gallery a little better, you can store your photos here, no need for a fotki anymore if you didn't want one.  You can link your pictures where you want.  You can link them to your blog if you want, as well.

Once you have 25 posts, you won't need a photobucket account, you can host your pics here.  I'll check into the blog issue, I may not have enabled those for your membergroup either.  I'll be back later with more info.

Yes, right now, you are in the Brand Newbie category.  When you reach 25 posts, you will be able to have a blog and a gallery as well.

  Finals are over, I finally moved into a new place and got internet service again. This place looks great and I'm enjoying checking out all the new features!
