Elasta QP Breakage Control Serum
« on: November 06, 2008, 11:38:42 pm »
This is a light protein treatment that really works.  I applied the product to wet hair that had been washed and detangled, and sat under a conditioning cap for about 20 minutes.  My hair felt stronger, with it the brittle feeling that protein treatments can usually give.  I'm not that protein sensitive, but I could TOTALLY see this working for those of you that are protein sensitive but need some protein for breakage.  Its no where near as strong as the aphogee, and it smells a whole lot better.  If you have major damage then this might not be the product for you, but if you are havng breakage and moderate amounts of damage, then this is the product for u.

This product is sold in most BSS and retails for around $5.  I think its totally worth the money and I plan to incorporate it into my routine.

This is a good one, in fact I plan to use it today since I got my hair straightened last week.

I finally found this at a local BSS today! Since you said you detangled before applying, did you condition before and after applying this serum?

I used a detangling shampoo...but I don't see why you couldn't condition before and after
