I picked up some Kids Organics Shea Butter Detangling Moisturizing Hair Lotion because I was in Family Dollar and it was cheap.
I decided to twist my hair with it.  I used Giovanni Direct Leave-In and then layered the Kids Organics over it.  My twists were the bomb!  I would spritz them with water in the morning (after a steamy shower) and then rub a little over my twists.  My hair was good to go.
I just took the twists out for a twist out today, and my hair is so soft.  My hair is rarely soft once it dries.
Cheap and moisturizing.  Keepin' it.

I used the Pumpkin Potion yesterday on top of the Shea Amla Buttercream (afroveda) and oooh, I loved the moisturizing slip I got when mixing the 2 products. I did a twist-n-curl, took the twists out today. I fell in luv with my hair all over again! :sunny: It smelled so good, and the bounce was wonderful!
The Pumpkin Potion is NOT a natural product, but it mixed well with the buttercream from afroveda. So I really can't wait until my purchase, which will be that Pumpkin Seed Conditioner from Darcy's Botanicals. And I just might get bold enough to use it as a leave-in.  :afro:

@ cocobeige  - Did Miss Jessie's Curly Pudding leave your hair kinda dry? I've been doing some experimenting with shea butter, refined and unrefined. I've been mixing the butters with some hair products (that contain shea butter just to stretch them). Today I melted 3.5 oz. of refined shea butter and mixed it in with what I had left of my Curly Pudding (after taking a dime sized amount of each, rubbing the mix between my fingers and smoothing it on one of my twisted-out strands. I'll say that I like it mainly because it didn't pill up! For some reason, I thought it might.
So that was 3.5 oz refined shea butter with about 13 oz. Curly Pudding.
I'm gonna test it out for a wash-n-go (on damp hair) tomorrow.
