List from 1 (the favorite) down to your sixth--noting whether you use for conditioner washing (in place of shampoo), conditioning (post washing), or deep conditioner/treatment.  Also list your texture (cottony, thready, silky, wiry, spongy, combo, other) and hair strand density (fine, average, coarse, thick, thin, combo, other).

1. Favorite-Hollywood Beauty Olive Oil Cholesterol (deep conditioner)
2. Herbal Essences Hello Hydration (detangling after rinsing)
3. Paul Mitchell Supercharged Moisturizer (deep conditioner)
4. Suave Extreme Strength (conditioner washes)
5. Fructis Curl & Shine (conditioner washes)
6. LeKair Liquid Cholesterol (conditioner washes)

I have spongy/fine hair

1. Jessicurl Too Shea (Co-wash & DC)
2. Kiehl's Leave-In
3. Biolage Condition Balm (DC)
4. Shea Moisture Leave-In
5. Knot Today Leave-In
6. Aubrey Honeysuckle Rose (Co-Wash)

I saw the bolded in the store yesterday and was SOOOOO tempted to buy it & try it, but I THINK I saw cones in the ingredients list. How does this work for you?

I'm not sure if there's a cone in it or not, I'm not good at recognizing a cone unless it has XXXcone in it. ::)  However, here's the ingredients list:

Water, Propylene Glycol, Myristyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Decyl Oleate, Rosemary Extract (Rosemarinus Officinalis), Goldenseal (Hydrastis Canadensis), Algae Extract, Chitosan PCA, Quaternium 79 Hydrolyzed Keratin, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Diazolidinyl Urea, Fragrance

My hair is very protein sensitive, however, when I need a little protein (hydrolyzed keratin), I go to the Biolage.  It leaves my hair soft and moisturized, but your hair doesn't feel heavy or weighted, just soft and light.

Ok maybe I was looking at another product made by Biolage because I know the product I was looking at had -cones.

1.  Elucence MBC (used to Co-wash, condition, and leave in)
2.  Tigi Moisture Manic (used to co-wash and condition)
2.  Trader Joes Nourish Spa (used to co-wash and condition)

My hair is a combo of thready/wiry strands that are THICK (the size of heavy duty sewing thread)

So almost 2 years later, this list has changed quite a bit...I only use #2 and #3 Still....#1 if I find it on sale, but the price just isn't worth it anymore.  I don't use any of the others.

4.  Hairveda Amala Cream Rinse (Co-wash)

I don't think I ever did this list but I'm like Jazzi:  I don't have six conditioners either!

Wow! I forgot all about Elucence! :lmao: Do they still only sell it online and in random stores in random locations? It's really a shame they don't have wider distribution.

Anyhoo, I only have two conditioners I swear by:  Tressemme Flawless Curls and Trader Joe's Nourish Spa (which I don't use often cause I don't live near a Trader Joe's, but when I travel and come across one, I stock up!). And I use them both for all of the above.

Honorable mention goes to DevaCurl.  I like their conditioner, but I only get that when I wanna treat myself. Can't justify spending the money when my favorite conditioners are both less than $5 a bottle.

CG, how is that HV 24/7 working for you? I have it but I don't wash often enough to really get a good measure, maybe more in the warmer months than in the winter.

1.  Tresemme Naturals Nourishing Moisture Conditioner or Vit E. Moisture Rich Conditioner - Co-wash only.
2.  Yes to Cucumbers Conditioner - Co-wash and leave-in.
3.  Suave Tropical Coconut - Co-wash and leave-in.  Still a staple after almost 8 years.
