Shea Moisture Coconut Hibiscus Curl Smoothie from Target

Tried out the Shea Moisture Coconut Hibiscus Curl Smoothie for $9.99 at Target - last one left on the shelf. I think it's a winner and many ladies will like it. It's basically like the original Shea Moisture leave-in many of you rave about - except its in a jar. Has the same consistency.

I generally like more of a gel type product that gives hold and shine like KCCC, but this product gave a nice, natural hold and good curl definition without being too hard.

DEFINITELY WORTH THE $10.00 "splurge".

I love this product! It is like morenae said it has the same consisitency as regular Sheamoisture leave-in but in a jar and little bit thicker.....I got the best twist out ever (this is my 3rd twist out ever lol) lots of shine and bounce and my twist out lasted for a week (recurled various ends throughout the week).....this is a great find

I also bought the coconut hold and shine spray dont think it gives hold but it gives decent moisture and it smells delicious...i use it to perfume my hair in between washes

I purchased the Curl Smoothie from the Target on Shopper's Lane 2 weeks ago and the shelves were full. I went back the other day and not one jar left.  I apply the Shea Moiture Coconut Hibiscus Milk and Smoothie onto freshly washed hair and add my homemade flax seed gel and my hair coils very nicely. I really really like this line.

I finally found the Curl Enhancing Smoothie at my local Target! Bought that as well as the Shea Butter Deep Treatment Masque. Will find an excuse to get back to Target and purchase more, plus the Shine & Hold Spray.

I am actually do not like this product. My curls were defined yes..but once my hair dried it felt very hard and dry.

Ok, so I haven't tried this product yet, but you guys are making me want to try it! I've heard so much about this line. I've tried a few products in my hair (type 3c) and I cant seem to find a winner. Every time I go to Target, they don't have any on the shelf. I guess I should consider that a good sign! Are there any other products in this line you would recommend?

I like the Smoothie, but it took me a while to figure out how to work with it.  A little goes a long way.  I've had my jar for a few months now and it's just starting to run low.  I love the smell, too.
I usually use it with my twists and twist outs, but if I wear it on out hair, and let it air dry, I know I'm not going anywhere for a while.  It leaves this white film on my hair, but then dries clear and my hair is really soft.
